This house in old town had been abandoned and put to market via a foreclosure. I was lucky to work with a great couple who wanted to create the new design for their young family. The rear section of the house including deck were removed in preparation for the new family room and master bedroom suite which were designed to take advantage of the water views. The kitchen and living room space provide a cozy spot to entertain and enjoy family time.
