This renovation with addition provided for a complex home with picturesque view down the length of the harbor. Effort was made to use the existing footprint of the original house.  With our proposed renovations and additions, we were able to maintain and enhance the existing surround access to and within the expansive landscape.

Unique features include dark paneling and exposed timber beams in the living room and the Primary bedroom's octagonal form to accentuate the panoramic view down the harbor to the lighthouse.

The forms and programmatic layout provide a larger house with independent defined rooms.  This house was designed to intimately relate to the harbor view and expansive mature landscaping providing a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces.
