SEASIDE RENOVATION

This existing home struggled with an interior staircase that bi-sected the living room.  The house also lacked a real front entry with overgrown landscaping.

Bosworth Architect solved these problems to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of this residence. A new staircase addition solved the living room issues as well as second floor challenges which resulted in a larger more functional secondary bathroom, a new laundry room, and a new master closet space.

A separate addition to create a new entry provided a focal point for guest, and a large enough space with storage for friends and family.  The entry addition also enhanced the functionality of the master bedroom with access to a deck that shares views to the ocean.

The new additions including a rear porch provide the final layout which is conducive for this family to enjoy and entertain.
