This large project on Marblehead Harbor consists of a Carriage House and Main Residence which were completely demoed to studs, reconfigured and re-built.  Despite the look and feel of an older home everything you’ll see in these images is new in construction.

I’m very proud of the style of architecture we were able to provide the owners.  Each room has a distinct feel based on the owner’s goals for the spaces.  Some are sunny and bright taking advantage of the Harbor Views, others are darker natural wood rooms with old world charm providing a very different feeling within.

This truly spectacular location was enhanced with a new pool, renovated dock, and extensive mature landscaping from LeBlanc Jones Landscape Architects.

Too many customs to list, but the multi-purpose kitchen space, office, and pine room are some of my personal favorites.  The sunroom off the pool provides a beautiful overlook to the pool deck and wrap around porch.  Old world charm at its best.  Such a wonderful place to watch the sun set after a warm summer day.
