This project started with a simple home on a corner lot. The additions we provided for allowed the opportunity to change the character of the exterior into a shingle style gambrel roofed structure with a balanced front entry, two car garage, with a secondary entry, exterior porches, balcony, decks, and a now private back yard.

 

The interiors have a nice level of interior trim. The staircase with wainscotting on the walls and blue painted newel post and top rail add a special highlight. The kitchen is bright, white, and provides views to the rear yard to watch the young children play. The living room is a separate space, but visually connected to the kitchen. The living room also has direct access to the covered porch with exterior television and fireplace extending the indoor spaces outdoors. The master bedroom has cathedral ceilings, with large master closet spaces. One of the highlights of this project is the master bathroom which was designed with the arched ceiling and flanking octagonal windows.
