MARBLEHEADRESIDENCE 1
The existing house built in the 50’s was a split-level home with a brick veneer on one half of the house. The new character of this house has shingle style features with intersecting gambrel roof forms. The trim, windows, roof lines, porches, balcony, and patios provide a nice texture to the exteriors.
The interiors were completely done over to provide for an elegant stair and front entry. The dining room, living room, and kitchen all have their independent spaces, however, are connected visually to have a large living space for family and friends. The living room and kitchen look out and provide access to the rear patio spaces that are enhanced with lovely landscaping. The master bedroom suite is a large space with cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, and dedicated master balcony taking in views of the harbor. The master bathroom is clean bright and white with elegant soaking tub, oversized shower stall and separate water closet.
